Alii Luau

This package includes the Allii Luau. You'll witness the traditional uncovering of the imu (underground oven) where the main entree, kalua pua'a (roast pig), has been cooking most of the day. Then "eat until you're dizzy," says Cousin Benny the Center's Ambassador of Aloha, as you enjoy many traditional and modern luau favorites in the Alii Luau.
