Q: When does my Power Pass become activated?
A: Your Power Pass becomes activated the moment you use it at your first attraction.

Q: Is a 1-day Power Pass good for 24 hours?
A: No. A 1-day Power Pass ends at midnight on the day you use it. So, if you start late in the afternoon, you only have until midnight that night to enjoy your pass.

Q: Is there a limit to how many attractions I can visit in one day?
A: No. There is no limit at all. You can visit 1 or all 35 attractions in one day if you Wish - as long as your stamina holds up!

Q: Can I visit the same attraction twice in one day?
A: Unfortunately, no. You may visit each attraction only once per day. However, if you purchase a multi-day pass, you may return to that attraction the next day for another visit.

Q: I am staying for one day. Can I purchase a 2-day Power Pass, use it one day and come back again in six months to use the other day I have left?
A: No. The moment you use your Power Pass it becomes activated and the pass starts counting down its valid period for the purchased life of the pass – 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days. It will expire at midnight on the last valid day.

 

Q: Do I have to use a multiple day Power Pass on consecutive days or can I pick and choose which days I would like to use it?
A: Your Power Pass is only valid for consecutive days. For example, if you purchase a two-day pass, and use it for the first time on Monday, it will then expire at midnight on the next day, Tuesday.

Q: What if I lose my Power Pass Power Pass?
A: Power Pass Power Pass is not responsible for lost or stolen passes. Please be sure to put the pass in a safe place upon receipt. Try to note the unique number (found on the front of the card) on your Power Pass. If you know that number you can call and we can check your card to make sure it has not been used. Once non-use is confirmed, we will instruct you on how to get a replacement card.

Q: Can I purchase one Power Pass to share with a friend at the same attractions?
A: Since you may only visit one attraction per day, this is not possible. If you use your card at an attraction and try to pass that same card to your friend to use, the Power Pass reader will reject your second attempt and admission will not be granted.

Q: I did not use my Power Pass after I purchased it. Can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final. There are no refunds for unused cards. However, your Power Pass is good throughout the coming year. It may be used on another trip to the city it was purchased for.

 

Q: How Do I Get My Power Pass?
A: After completing your online purchase, simply print out your voucher and use it to pick up your Power Pass at one of our outlets in your destination city. Pick-up locations which will be listed on your voucher.

Q: Is there a difference between the 1, 2, 3 or 5 day passes in which attractions are included in the Power Passes?
A: There is no difference between the 1, 2, 3 or 5 day passes in which attractions are included in the Power Passes. With the Power Pass you can visit as many attractions as you choose once per day for the number of days purchased.

The Power Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable and is for use on consecutive calendar days.
